Change of Season Soup is a tonifying and nourishing recipe traditionally used in Traditional Chinese Medicine to boost the immune system and prevent colds and flus when the weather changes in the spring and fall.

Instructions
- Fill a stock pot with water
- Add the herbs in equal amounts (approx. 3oz each)
- Boil the herbs for 2-4 hours, replenishing water as needed
- Strain the herbs out of the pot to create a broth
- Drink the broth (1 cup per day) or use it as a base for a soup or stew.
